
Dr. Rick Tangerman was born on April 8, 1965 in Hammond, IN. He is currently working at Washington Square Chiropractic,which specializes in physical injuries resulting from work, accidents, and sports. This clinic focuses on the importance of overall wellness and physical maintenance through preventive and restorative therapy. Dr. Rick believes it is an honor to be part of an atmosphere that truly concentrates on the community's well-being through proper health management and education.
Dr. Rick graduated from Indiana University,Bloomington, IN (1987) with Bachelor of science in Allied Health Sciences, majoring in Nuclear Science. He then went on to practice Nuclear medicine in various hospitals in Arizona, Hawaii, Indiana, and Illinois for nearly five years. It was then that he decieded to pursue a career in chiropractic, starting with his education at the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, IL. He graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor Science in Human Biology, and Doctorate of Chiropractic. He has practiced chiropractic with Cleveland's Accident & Injury Treatment Centers, Associated Physicians Group, Snell Chiropractic Clinic, and Hofmaier Chiropractic.
